Elixir is launching soon. This Refund Policy will apply to orders placed once the product becomes available for purchase.

Eligibility

As a premium, small-batch cosmetic product, unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Early Access

Joining the early access list is free and carries no payment, so no refund is applicable at this stage.
